Reliability Testing · AEC-Q200
AEC-Q200 is the reliability qualification standard for passive components (capacitors, resistors, inductors and others) used in automotive electronics. QRAPS tests to the current Rev. E.
Supplying carmakers and tier-1 suppliers requires test data to this standard. We run the stress tests the standard prescribes on our own equipment and provide the test data and reports required for delivery.
Key services
Testing to the standard
Temperature cycling, biased humidity, high temperature exposure, mechanical shock, vibration, thermal shock and endurance — every item AEC-Q200 requires, under the conditions it specifies.
Interpreting the standard for delivery
We interpret the differences between a customer's requirements and the international standard, and work out which items to test under which conditions from the test planning stage onwards.
Comparative evaluation
We support comparative testing of new components, alternative parts and components from a changed supplier.
